A few questions for non informed..........
I would sure like some help with the following questions. It would be appreciated.I have a lcd with iz3d 1.07 drivers set to number 2 in the settings for anaglyph with red\cyan glasses.I really dont mind this at all as some people say its good and bad.I like it alot and I have no crt's so this is the best I can get.
1.What is the best glasses I can get?I have heard of optimized, polarized, etc.Confused I am.
2.What is the best level of seperation in stereo to use.Default is 20 but I want to go to the best number that I can to get the most depth without scrtewing it up.
Thanks
Craig

I tried all the glasses I could get my hands on and red/cyan works best for me. They are still bad compared to shutterglasses though. You can get one of each type (red/cyan, red/blue etc, pastic, round, square, whatever) and just try them on, see what works best.
Separation depends on what looks good to you. You can read this http://www.mtbs3d.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=26 and see if it helps, but just adjust until you can tell there's depth without needing to strain to see 3d. With nvidia drivers I always have it at 100%, but with iz3d drivers I think 10% was the maximum I could use in the games I tried.

I have no idea. Maybe if there's a specialized photography store. But that's for fit mostly, if you want red/cyan and buy online, you might as well buy all types at once since you have to pay for the shipping anyway.

Try adjust seperation and convergence so that:
1. distant object (clouds/churchtower) are seperated by 1-2 fingers (2 gives best 3D). 1 finger = 1cm = 0.4inch
2. close objects (steering wheel/scope on rifle) are not seperated.
Maybe set Your monitor color temp to 5000K.
This works on my comp.

I can also send You some red/blue film if You like for free.

1) pleas read the forum yourself...
http://mtbs3d.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=1111
It's not realy finished, but might be helpfull...
2) Polarized glasses need polarized light. Light can 'swing' in different directions e.g.:
/ and \
You need both directions for S-3D. One for each eye.
Normal LCD monitors provide only one direction, but if you own a Zalman, the Iz3D a planar Mirror setup or a dualprojectors you could use them - with a little effort.
Luckily your monitor is able to provide at least different colors, so you can use Anaglyph

You can also try doubling the 3D glasses, so you are wearing two pairs at once.
That reduces ghosting, but it also reduces your ability to see red things.
