DDD Tridef 3D Experience on Nvidia's GeForce 3D Vision
We received an anonymous tip from a member named "Phil" (not the same Phil in the forums), that DDD's Tridef Media Player works with Nvidia's GeForce 3D Vision glasses. We thought it was a prank because of how the news made its appearance, but sure enough, it really works!
We tried to see if we could get the same results from DDD's Tridef Ignition game drivers, but they turn the Pageflip Output option off while gaming. We don't know why yet, but we will find out.

cool! hopefully this'll evenctually lead to DDD drivers working in games also using 3d Vision and since it was proven possible hopefully iz3d will do this as well.

Making 3D vision work in a purposely developed application and have drivers that work when loading an other game are two different things.
Neil, does the application work when using an ATI graphics card without the nvidia drivers or does it require the nvidia 3D vision drivers to be installed and running like in Stereoscopic player ?

Well its one step closer to having different options for shutter glasses. Although I imagine there would be a problem if, say, DDD allowed you to use Nvidia 3D Vision with an ATI card. Nvidia would surely go out of their way to stop that action.
