How to watch 3d tv on a 3d monitor an Nvidia 3d glasses?

is there anyone who knows how to connect a 3d monitor (mine is rz2233) to a Directv Plus 3d capable dvr, and get the picture to sync with the nVidia 3d vision glasses?
