Add these two parameters in your Steam game's command line arguments within TriDef 3D Ignition
-no-browser -no-cef-sandbox
It should look like:
-no-browser -no-cef-sandbox steam://rungameid/******
TriDef 3D Ignition is still a very important piece of software in 2025 because while we have Geo-11 now for DX11 games and you can convert the output to SBS 3D with DX11 fixes, but DX9 games are still not playable in SBS 3D without TriDef 3D Ignition. 3D Vision monitors and frame packed 3D TVs are obsolete with modern 4K 3D displays requiring the ability to get the games output in 4K SBS 3D instead of framepacking.

Excellent tip! Adding those command-line options significantly improves the gameplay experience with TriDef 3D Ignition. It's interesting how the software remains a go-to for DX9 games, especially as we go into the world of 4K 3D monitors. For anyone who still enjoys old games, this is a must-have! Keep up the fantastic work, sharing these insights!Victoria3D wrote: ↑Tue Mar 25, 2025 1:42 pm Add these two parameters in your Steam game's command line arguments within TriDef 3D Ignition

Re: 2025: Getting TriDef working with Steam games
Among Us Online Have you tried a direct comparison of image quality between Geo-11 and TriDef on the same DX9 game? I'm curious if there is any significant difference in depth or latency?
