Have you ever wished you could play PSP games in full HD and in stereoscopy? Now it can be done!
On February 1, 2015,
PPSSPP v1.0 has come out. This is an extremely fast open source PSP emulator, which has always been able to render PSP games in arbitrarily high resolutions, but version 1.0 started supporting Direct3D 9 as a rendering API! And everyone here knows what it means... instant stereoscopy support!
I've also read a rumor that Carl Kenner wants to make a custom version of it, with head tracking support, but I don't know how reliable that is, because it would only be useful for a handful of games. Anyway, here are some screenshots. I used the iz3D driver in side-by-side mode.
