Would you prefer an OLED or 3D laptop display?

Laptop displays will be hitting a crossroad soon. On the one hand, OLED (organic light-emitting diode) screens have been touted as the Next Big Thing for notebooks. But during last week's CES 2010 tradeshow in Las Vegas the focus was almost entirely on 3D technology. So the question is. Will these two battle it out a la Blu-ray vs. HD-DVD? Or will they coexist peacefully?

Before jumping to conclusions, let's revisit the pros and cons of these two technologies. OLED panels use pixels which emit their own light, which not only means slimmer displays since a backlight is no longer required, but also more realistic colors. Unfortunately, the cost per panel is still painfully high at this time.

What a silly question. I can't see how the 2 options excludes each other.

Probably in few time will be oled 3d.

In another article I read (or mistake) that oled 3d has not ghost.

By now the solution is only one probably, but the solution probably is a few more time to joint both.
