Today’s episode covers:

  • The new AMD Radeon RX480 graphics card.
  • We interview Kevin Williams, Founding Char of the DNA Association.  Really cool interview!
  • Denis Reischl, Vireio Perception Developer, highlights new alpha driver

Even though the episode ran longer than usual, I think few will complain!

EDIT: I mentioned that two Radeon RX480 cards in Crossfire is the same as a single Nvidia GTX1080.  I meant the Nvidia GTX1070.  Still, we have to see the benchmarks to know for certain.

Neil’s Messy Basement: Episode 5

This episode of Neil’s Messy Basement features a unique discussion of responsible virtual reality and an interview with Alon Melchner, President of WakingApp.  If you can get through about 10 minutes of my rant, there is a fun pay-off – but you’ve got to watch the whole 10 minutes or it won’t be as much fun or equally meaningful.

Special thanks to Jean-Michel Blottiere for highlighting the locomotive reference to me.  It was perfect!

Finally, WakingApp is the company behind Entiti Reality Creator, a software package that makes it possible for anyone to create virtual reality content without having any programming expertise.
