I recommend used ddd profile from 17.02.2012 water fix DDD.
I personally off some ddd fixes for this game (disable lighting effects, disable haze)
Game don't work with AA because 3dtc (3d texture copy must be OFF). 3D work only in DX9, for some reasons Dx10 or Dx10.1 can't even starts.

Part II: Required Game Setting Reductions & Adjustments

  • Turned off Anti-Aliasing. This is required if AA makes the game visually unplayable or the AA reduces frames per second to ridiculously low levels like one to two FPS in 3D mode. Do not select this if it is just a method of getting more performance out of a slower graphics card.
  • QA penalty: 5%
    Total penalties: 1

    Part III: Top Level Anomalies

    Total penalties: 0

    Part IV: Secondary Anomalies

  • Flicker or flashing patterns that can be easily ignored (do not include hardware flaws with this anomaly). Another example could include separation levels (distance between left and right view when seen by the naked eye) that slightly changes as characters move, but isn't overly distracting to the game (when these changes are an error, and not by software design!)
  • QA penalty: 5% In ddd profile this feature default FIX On (disable lighting effects), but I personally prefer used OFF. because when off A LOT of areas, building, camps ect. COMPLETELY without lights, so it's look so unrealistic but you don't have 3d issue/anomaly. When "disable lighting effects" fix OFF, you have little bit flashing patterns, but it's can be easy ignored
  • Faint or low contrast cut-out shapes and visual flaws that appear as you adjust your S-3D experience.
  • QA penalty: 10% This can be happened only with rising sun (morning) and sun till dusk (evening) around ~30-60 minutes in game time, it's can be easy ignored. If u don't like it sun rays just open ignition OSD (push 0) and find RULES "disable haze".
  • Poorly rendered reflections (water, glass)
  • QA penalty: 5% Reflection on water work bad, it's in 2D BUT it's not big problem, you can easy ignore this
    Total penalties: 3
