The errors in this game are really minor. The effects in the wrong eye mainly happen in the menu system. In the game, there are occasional bugs where the gun indicators alternately flash between the left and right eyes - not a major bug, but it's there. There are also rare instances where the damage indicators don't appear in both eyes evenly.

The biggest problem Nvidia has is too much of the game is bordering on 2D rendering (very little separation) versus the rest. Many tanks, planes, and vehicles are all rendered with very little 3D - and this undermines the experience.

Part III: Top Level Anomalies

Total penalties: 0

Part IV: Secondary Anomalies

  • Flicker or flashing patterns that can be easily ignored (do not include hardware flaws with this anomaly). Another example could include separation levels (distance between left and right view when seen by the naked eye) that slightly changes as characters move, but isn't overly distracting to the game (when these changes are an error, and not by software design!)
  • QA penalty: 5% When switching menus, there are flashing effects in just one eye.
  • Objects or effects that are out of sync with the 3D display. For example, sparks or indicators that blink or flash in alternating eyes instead of both eyes at the same time and in the same shape/intensity.
  • QA penalty: 5% Some gun indicators flash out of sync with display (left eye, right eye alternating, not simultaneous)
  • Unusually large portions of the game are in 2D or have very little separation compared to the rest of the gaming experience. 2D map screens and pre-rendered cinematics should not be counted here.
  • QA penalty: 10% Most vehicle rides (tanks, planes) and transitions between respawns (e.g. when seeing the enemy that killed you) are in 2D when they should be in 3D.
