1. My account isn’t working!

It’s possible that you didn’t complete the registration process by acknowledging a confirmation email.  When logging in, you can request to have this email sent out again by choosing “Resend Activation E-Mail”.

2. I didn’t receiver a confirmation email when I registered on MTBS’ forums!

Check your “junk”, “spam”, and “bulk” mailboxes in your email program. Your system probably filtered it outside your regular inbox.

3. When I try to access a page, a registration window comes up. Then when I register and log-in, I’m not where I planned to be. Now what?

Make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser as mtbs3D.com is dependent on them. Once you are logged in, just click on the menu option you were trying to get in to, and you should be able to get in.

4. My user name is strange and not what I registered with!

If your account is under “usernameXXXXX”, don’t be alarmed.  Years ago, we had to change the user names to this temporary format for a database conversion process.  Just log in with this newly formatted user name, and you should be able to change it to something else.

If you forgot your password, just select the “forgot password” option when logging in, and a new one will be emailed to the address we have on your account.

Please feel free to email customerservice@mtbs3D.com if you need further assistance or have questions.

5. I still can’t get in!

No problem.  Please email customerservice@mtbs3D.com and we will help sort things out.

6. I can’t get my stereoscopic 3D hardware solution to work!
