With Facebook’s Oculus Rift acquisition offering the potential of a mass-market head-mounted display (HMD) device and Sony’s innovation strategy focused very clearly on Project Morpheus, consumer HMD devices and the VR experience are set to soon be part of everyone’s everyday lives.
