After missing its originally slated release alongside Resistance 3, Sony has finally confirmed the release of the PlayStation 3D Display for November 13.

The display, which made its debut at this year’s E3, sports a 24-inch ‘ultra-slim’ LED display with active 3D technology. Its most notable features, however, are its price – an aggressively low $499 – and new SimulView technology, which allows two players to get a fullscreen view on one screen
