Top 5 3D laptops

During CES 2010, the tech industry was eager to bounce back from a year of recession and surprised consumers with wave after wave of 3D HDTVs. Though we did see a handful of laptops equipped with stereoscopic displays, the lack of media and games may have hindered their widespread adoption.
However, instead of dying a slow death, 3D notebooks are still making their way into the market, albeit as an optional upgrade to existing lineups. However, if you are eyeing one of these machines, take note that 3D technology has not been standardized yet. Some vendors have opted for Nvidia’s 3D Vision Kit, while others went for proprietary systems using active shutter or polarized glasses. The good news is that most of these laptops come with software which convert 2D games and videos into stereoscopic modes, which makes looking for 3D media less of an issue.
