First spotted over in Berlin at IFA 2010, Sharp has given its 3D Blu-ray player, the BD-HP90S, a UK launch date.

Available in November, the HP90S is PlayStation like, in that you can lay it flat, but it can comfortably stand upright as well. According to Sharp “it can even be mounted on your wall as a beautiful piece of gadget art”. We’re not sure Mrs Pocket-lint would let us do that though.

At only 36mm thick and 218mm deep, the HP90S is designed with compact storage in mind.
