NFB goes 3D

The National Film Board of Canada will unveil a new catalogue of stereoscopic 3D programming at Mipcom next month, including a 22-minute film about famed explorer Samuel de Champlain.

“The advancement of 3D technology enables the NFB to further explore exciting new ways of filmmaking and to bring this brand of Canadian innovation to new markets and audiences around the world,” said the NFB’s Deborah Drisdell.
