Aviators – a stylish alternative to 3D cinema glasses

The rise of 3D cinema continues inexorably. But it brings with it a problem that dare not speak its name: the glasses. In the old days, they were made of paper and flimsy plastic lenses, and worn en masse by an audience, had an attractively strange look about them. These days, however, they are cheap and plastic and handed to you by a dismissive attendant. It’s just not a good look.
This is troubling for those in pursuit of cool – even in the dark. Besides, who wants to look like everybody else anyway? Enter the “on-trend alternative” to conventional 3D glasses.
