World Cup in 3D at cinemas

Australia’s opening World Cup clash against Germany will be shown at Village and Hoyts cinemas in Melbourne in 3D, using the same satellite feed being provided to SBS for its 3D television broadcast.

Village cinemas at Crown, the Jam Factory and Southland, and Hoyts cinemas at Melbourne Central and Chadstone will screen the game, which kicks off at 4.30am on Monday.
