Toshiba to Unleash 3D TVs in Summer 2010

Toshiba Corp will release the “3D Regza” LCD TVs, which can display 3D images, and Blu-ray disc devices supporting 3D video in the summer of 2010 in the global market.

In the Japanese market, the company plans to increase the ratio of 3D TVs among its TVs larger than 46 inches to 20% at the end of 2010, it said.

“Based on the concept of high-quality 3D images, we will release products that are different from other companies’,” Toshiba said.
