Pioneer Introduces New 3D-Ready Receivers
New home theater gear incorporates 3D support and iPhone integration.
by Chris IaquintaMarch 1, 2010 – Earlier today, Pioneer dropped the details on two new 5.1 channel A/V receivers designed to work in conjunction with a number of mobile devices. Both models carry the ability to stream wireless Bluetooth audio, with each also coming loaded with other standard features including HDMI 1.4 and Dolby ProLogic llz decoding.
The flagship of the group, the VSX-820-K, comes with Pioneer`s patented "Works with iPhone" certification, which enables the device to allow for the playback of content on an iPhone, iPod and iPod Touch. The VSX-820-K also comes with an iPhone control button on the front panel for quick and easy navigation between the two devices.
