Visisol Smashes 3D Glasses and Inks Multi-Year Deal With japanese Consumer Electronics Company, I-Tec

February 3, 2010 – Morgan Hill, CA – Following a very successful Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, January 7-10, VisiSol™, a consumer electronics incubator company, today announced they have inked a multi-year exclusive deal with I-TEC for sales and distribution of the QTEC brand of consumer electronics products in North America and Europe. Under the agreement, VisiSol will handle the full-line of QTEC products including the acclaimed “glasses-free” 3D display, Blu-ray players, 3D Blu-ray players, Digital Audio Players, CD Ripping Device and other consumer electronics products under development in Japan.

Since 2001, I-TEC, the parent company of QTEC, has built numerous consumer electronics products under OEM agreements in Japan for leading manufacturers such as Panasonic, Denon, Hitachi, NEC, TDK and Maxell. In 2009, I-TEC launched the QTEC brand and it quickly became one of the market leaders. ITEC designs, develops, and quality assures all of its products in Japan and manufactures its products under close quality supervision in Shenzen, China. ITEC also has a facility in Hong Kong.

VisiSol, formed by a team of highly experienced international professionals, will provide QTEC licensing, sales, public relations, marketing and distribution services for the North American market, and will manage and oversee numerous European partnerships to rapidly build the brand and consumer distribution services.
