UPCOMING 3-D flick Avatar is touted as a brave new world for film. No wonder Zoe Saldana was proud the give up two years to be part of it.

Zoe Saldana was gobsmacked the first time she saw her Avatar character on screen.

"And I had boobs. I just kept laughing and giggling. I couldn`t believe that Jim would do something so amazing with technology.“

The "Jim“ to whom Saldana refers is none other than James Cameron, visionary director behind the first two Terminator films, Aliens, True Lies and the highest grossing film of all time, Titanic.

After Titanic, the Canadian took a break from Hollywood but all the while the film that would become Avatar was bubbling away in the back of his mind. He was waiting for the technology to be invented that would allow him to realise his vision.
