I knew that Jeffrey Katzenberg said that ‘3D is the greatest cinematic innovation since the advent of colour:, but I never knew that Michael V Lewis , CEO and co-founder of the world’s leader in 3-D projection technology of REAL D used to be the CEO and co-founder of L-Squared Entertainment. That was the award-winning digital entertainment studio was the first to utilise a PC computer in the creation of digital effects for the motion picture VIRTUOSITY (1995)! L-Squared Entertainment was also his platform as co-producer on the highest grossing 3-D IMAX film in history: T-REX: BACK TO THE CRETACEOUS (1998).
