MTBS Advocate Jailed on Outrageous Charges

By June 25, 2009April 4th, 2020News

I am very sorry to report that Syd Bolton, Curator of the Personal Computer Museum, and one of MTBS’ strongest supporters…was jailed last night.

NOT! Syd is an active member of the Brantford, Ontario (Canada) community, and this was a special fund raising event for Crimestoppers, a public awareness service to help catch bad guys. Good going, Syd! Notice that Syd is jailed with Walter Gretzky, father of “The Great One”, hockey star Wayne Gretzky.

Donations to this cause can be made to:

Personal Computer Museum
13 Alma Street
Brantford, ON N3R 2G1

Or, via PayPal at Cheques and payments should be made out to “Brantford Crimestoppers”.

Amongst other things, Syd does a lot of MTBS’ back-end work, and is one of the key people who makes Meant to be Seen possible.

Remember to register for MTBS Nations at War! As you advance in the game, you can win prizes! Blitz Games Studios is contributing a series of console games, Peter Wimmer is giving away two private S-3D movie player licenses, and Awater3D is giving away a silver screen and a set of passive projector filters! Very cool!
