Leia in Red Hydrogen One

Red Hydrogen One Holographic Phone
Do you remember Leia?  Not Princess Leia!  Leia Inc. who was developing new holographic (what they call holographic) technology for smartphone displays?  In short, this is a phone that is going to be able to show stereoscopic 3D or true 3D content; not just the volumetric stuff.  It has additional views, so there is some added flexibility there too as far as where the viewing sweet spot is (i.e. the physical point where the 3D comes together).

Looks like their hard work is coming to fruition via the new Red Hydrogen One Holographic Phone!  While it will be deeply discounted with a qualified Verizon or AT&T plan, this baby is going to retail for $1,200 to $1,600 USD depending on the model.

Separate from running the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, the specs list is short.  However, it is being promoted as having support for augmented and virtual reality content, so there is a great deal of potential with this.  Looking forward to more news around this phone!
