GDC Going Well!

GDC and VRDC has really been shaping up nicely, and we’ve got loads of interviews to share in the coming days.  Already, we are seeing steps to foster a more robust virtual realtiy gaming market.  Just some of the highlights so far include:

• Facebook’s Oculus announcing a market value price adjustment to bring their Rift and Touch bundle to a combined price of $599 USD.
• Nvidia has a new 1080Ti flagship graphics card product.
• HTC and HTC Viveport are launching a monthly subscription service for affordable virtual reality content.
• AMD is starting to demonstrate frame-pushing technologies in their new Vega GPUs along with some exciting new partnerships (e.g. Bethesda Softworks).
