Good Interview, Frank told some nice stories about his work in Visuals Entertainment.

I was wondering about race car driving with a Vr helmet and Racing Wheel. How would you see the racing wheel and only getting the pedals and shifter and buttons by feel and memorization. The incar cockpit would look totally different. This is what I wanted to try in Vr but with the personal blind side I don’t know if It would be any good like that.

I don’t know how they’re gonna get past this without real pressure lifting phyics like in a holodeck in star trek. You could mimic the race car cockpit like in game but….. some kind of camera and sticker pointers or markers to the race wheel might work but I doubt it.

Like Frank said if you don’t have hands and need an input controller like game pad or gun ect.. then it will seem more real and if your hands and arms are rendered from tracking then that could be good somehow.

It might be worthwhile to have Vr gloves….

If you could have rode that T-rex and went on a tear through the rainforest, that might of been cooler.

That demo seems pretty neat, probably a lot of time went into making it and they might have not made any money on return.
