First ITA Meeting at GDC 2014

The Immersive Technology Alliance
"The Immersive Technology Alliance is an exciting opportunity. YEI Technology feels strongly that to advance VR and other immersive technology as an industry, it is imperative that we all work together to develop standards and protocols to enable widespread adoption among software developers and hardware manufacturers, and consistency for the user experience. We are very pleased to have a formal organization with which to cooperate with our partners, clients, and competitors, to realize the promise of VR that most of us have grown up waiting for." - Francesca Hartop, CEO of YEI Technology

It's an honor to report that The Immersive Technology Alliance will be holding a special private session at GDC 2014.  Taking place in room NDA 262 in the West Mezzanine of the Moscone Center at 9:15AM March 18th.  Please be aware that all attendees must pre-register and be confirmed before allowed in as space is very limited.  Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. Special thanks to Jon Peddie of Jon Peddie Research, Neil Trevett from The Khronos Group, and Matt Ployhar from The PC Gaming Alliance.  In addition to arranging the alliance's presence at GDC, their mentorship and qualified guidance have been invaluable to The ITA and the industry's promising future.  We would also like to thank our founding membership - great things to come!
