Example of GGVR in Action!

GameGradeVR

GameGradeVR is nearly upon us!  We’ve been working on it for some time, and we just have a few remaining bugs to fix up.

It’s targeted to fairly advanced VR gamers, media, and software developers so that there are objective criteria that can be used to rate VR game compatibility without infringing on artistic choices or playing favorites.  It supports DDD’s TriDef Ignition, Vireio Perception, VorpX, and several native VR formats.

While this output is based on Vireio Perception, it also takes into account special features that are selectable in other driver and native solutions.  Yes, it can even take into account native modifications that feature gesture control and body tracking!

The Vireio Perception team is using GGVR as a guideline to maximize the software’s compatibility.  The attached example already shows we have a lot of work to do – and we’ll get there!

Scoring and anomaly lists are subject to change; we are still learning as we go.  We hope you like what you see!
