MTBS’ CES Coverage Begins Monday!

By January 12, 2013April 3rd, 2020News

The MTBS team is finally back from CES 2013. What a show!

Out of all the conferences we have been to, CES 2013 was the most divided in terms of expectations being met, not met, and wild swings across the chasms of relevance and profitability.

Despite claims of the death of 3D and its future by many pundits, we found a lot of really good stories on the show floor and private suites. Stories of profitability, new innovations, mobile 3D gaming (in a big way), and more immersive technologies coming down the pipe that go well beyond the confines of stereoscopic 3D technology. So while others have been busy with over-hyped “fart starts” and gimmicks, you’re only going to find stories of relevance on MTBS by companies with well supported products for customers (for the long haul). In other cases, we found some gems that are just fun and cool. Yes, we also have a lengthy in-depth interview and Oculus Rift demo with Palmer Luckey…in 3D.

Meant to be Seen’s coverage of CES begins this Monday, so come back regularly!
