Some more exciting news on the GameGrade3D front.  Launched as a beta in October, GG3D has quickly grown into a well recognized QA test and database for stereoscopic 3D compatibility with PC games.  It's non-proprietary, and fully supports AMD HD3D, DDD TriDef, Nvidia 3D Vision, and more.  The ultimate goal behind the service is to offer a measured rating for stereoscopic 3D games, and tell gamers everything they need to know to get the best visual results possible.
 
We have always been grateful to AMD for taking the industry leadership role by  helping fund MTBS so it can exist for all 3D gamers.  Now that GameGrade3D has proven its credibility and transparency, AMD has directly linked and referenced the service from their main 3D site as a valuable reference tool.  This is a major development, and should underscore the fact that gamer input and submissions matter, what you have to say and share carries weight, and there is now a real opportunity to encourage game developers to make sure the words "3D Ready" actually mean something.  This is just a healthy first step mind you, and more announcements are pending.  This arrangement is non-exclusive, and there is nothing preventing alternative 3D solutions from directly participating with MTBS and equally helping to grow and benefit from it.
 
Speaking of alternative 3D solutions, Roller Coaster Rampage has earned two GameGrade3D Platinum-A grades with Nvidia 3D Vision, and a Gold-C rating with side by side formats.  According to the developer, they also intend to add HD3D and DDD support in a future patch.  Check the game out because its thrilling roller coaster nature makes it a fun choice for 3D enthusiasts.
