Good news, everyone! DDD has released a fresh driver update featuring:
- Improved DirectX 10/11 game performance (Battlefield 3 in particular)
- Added support for Need For Speed: The Run, SOL Exodus, Unstoppable Gorg, Alan Wake, Trine 2, Microsoft Flight, Torchlight, APB, Tribes Ascend Beta, Blacklight Retribution and various other games
- Improved the following game profiles: Call of Duty: Black Ops, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Sonic Generations, Batman: Arkham City, RayCity and other games
- NEW! Dominant eye aiming mechanism.
The dominant eye mechanism was first introduced in the iZ3D drivers way back when. The idea is that the image is shifted in just one eye instead of both. While some are sensitive to it, this makes it possible to use the game’s existing HUD and aiming mechanism without having to have a laser sight add-on or special game developer programming.
Go into the “Output” option in the TriDef Ignition options (while the game is open) and turn on the dominant eye mechanism. Then choose “right” eye as the dominant eye. See how it works for you!
Be sure to test the updated game profiles and make submissions to GameGrade3D. In addition to being the most accurate measuring stick for 3D game compatibility, this is also a great way to earn some top notch prizes!
