We just returned from the 3D Entertainment and 3D Gaming Summits and are getting the footage together. In the meantime, Andres Hernandez wrote this fantastic review of the Vuzix Wrap 1200VR. This is Vuzix’s latest offering which features their highest HMD resolution to date. Andres puts it through its paces and determines whether or not its worth your hard earned dollars!
For fellow DICE fans, Battlefield 3’s beta will be out and about on September 29th (though pre-order folks are already getting it!). We are more than confident that the full release is going to be AWESOME! Nvidia tapped our shoulder that they have new beta drivers out for the BF3, but there is no mention anywhere of 3DVision support in the drivers or by the game. Don’t worry – we have every reason to expect a proper 3DVision profile when the game is released, though maybe the unofficial support works equally well – be sure to share your findings!
