Tested on DDD, iZ3D, and Nvidia’s GeForce 3D Vision drivers, the latest release in this classic franchise gets tested in stereoscopic 3D.  Just glancing at the pictures, it’s amazing how this simple game gets enhanced with stereoscopic 3D effects.

For Nintendo 3DS fans out there, we have some great news for you!  If you are interested in taking 3D movies on-the-go, it has been confirmed that Nintendo will be adding 3D video camera support with a November firmware update.  They have also announced upcoming titles like Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7, both debuting in 2011 in the U.S.

Nintendo also announced Mario Tennis which will be released in 2012 in Japan, as well as Paper Mario and Luigi’s Mansion 2.  2012 will also mark the releases of Animal Crossing and Kid Icarus.

For those tired of hearing the words “Mario” and “Luigi” in their game titles, Nintendo is also showcasing third-party titles like Bandai Namco’s SD Gundam and Ace Combat, Capcom’s Resident Evil: Revelations, Square Enix’s music title Theatrhythm Final Fantasy, and Konami’s Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater.  Capcom’s Monster Hunter 3GS is expected to launch on December 10th in Japan.
