Dear,
first, glad to talk to the team again! And thanks to mtbs to host a forum for you.
My question:
I'd like to know if you will naturaly support the z800 hmd?
More globaly, is your development direction is to support naturaly a miximum range of Stéréo 3D display or is to let Nvidia or ATi makes the drivers them selves?
Regards,
Vikti.

I can't say for sure because we haven't specs for now.
However, according to information n public domain, it seems that eMagin z800 use 1 Sub-D input and requires interlaced frames encoding (a frame for a right eye follows a frame for a left one). It would be more convenient to have 2 separate inputs for each eye, as it is for multidisplay systems.

Native Z800 support is impossible unless you can set the pin on the VGA port through software. It will require vendor-specific code for different graphics cards, and may be impossible on some graphics cards.
With the new firmware chip that you have to install, you could make it sort-of work, but only if you could guarantee a constant framerate.
You could use the nvidia stereo driver and nvidia stereo API with your own stereo rendering code though.
