Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the new iZ3D driver

is not good. I downloaded V1.06.0285 and it made Crysis unplayable. I get about 1 frame every 1 - 3 seconds. I reinstalled v1.05.0002 (the magic version), and all is well again.
Note that with the new driver, Crysis is reduced to a slide show even when the stereo driver is not enabled. The simple act of installing the driver causes trouble.

I didn't try any other games, since Crysis is the one I'm playing right now.

Yes, I have to agree.

I think they are going to put another revision out soon. This is more of an alpha version then a beta.

I can't even get it installed in Vista 32.

I get the error message "Couldn't connect to service. Please reinstall driver."

Ok! I got some good news from the iZ3D development team. If all goes to plan, they are going to have another version out TODAY. They sound like they have high expectations for this new driver set, so I think you will be pleased.

Neil

Hi Guys!

I got an updated version, but we don't think it's ready for prime time yet. I'm hoping to have something for you in the next day or two.

Regards,
Neil
