ghost hunting

Post by lnrrgb »

Anyone listen to Coast to Coast Am??? (AM radio alternative talkshow - known otherwise as the Art Bell show - though he retired)... anyway, last nights show had a guest who went into details about how they stumbled upon using LCD shutter glasses to search for ghosts (not jerkin yer chain here - email me for instruction on where to listen to the stream).

The gist was, they were in some place big, and dark (a cavern somewhere, I think), and they fired up some program to adjust the frequencies of these standard shutter glasses. (I will try to get the software, or figure out what they used). They were just goofing around, testing different frame rates, when they stumbled upon a certain frequency that gave them disturbing results. Suddenly, in this huge empty room, they could see crap moving around! Energy fields were zipping around the room, and many people tried the glasses out - all of them reporting positively on these moving....?entities?...

well anyway, these guys just figred this out, and with shutter glasses being so cheap these days, I suspect there will be many ghost hunters starting to play with the technology. so who knows what the shadows hold:)

thought it was interesting:)

coast shows

A website in canada streams the last 30 days of C2CAM -www.cjob.com under their audio vault section. That is the easy way to catch shows at your leisure. There are a couple good sites or getting older shows. One is offline at the moment, and I will try to track down the other soon, and reply. I have gotten a lot of older shows just by connecting with ppl, and sharing across IRC, or P2P programs (which I suppose is a taboo subject around here). I have a few years of shows stored up, and may have something specific - if you know what you may be looking for...there are so many classic shows, and subjects. The one offline site has shows all the way back to '97. I hope they figure out their hosting problems soon, and figure they will. I found them through yahoo groups.
