taken from the other topic i post here a nice link (thanks to the original poster, cant remember who it was...)

im on a iz3d 2 feet away.

(for conversion: 1 foot=30,4 cm)

here are my results:

aspect = 4:3
size = 48 inches wide (60 inch diag)
FOV = 45.2 degrees

aspect = 4:3
size = 14 inches wide (18,3 inch diag)
FOV = 50 degrees

Average (cheap) CRT monitor with used Elsa Revelators 8)
100hz provides the most ghostfree image

I just increased my FOV to 80 degrees with a F330 Fresnel lens:
