Vista-32v64 and DX10vDX9

When I first got my iZ3D I had Vista-64 installed, and prior to my LAN, had to revert to XP-32 for this and another reason.
I just want to confirm that some are actually using the iZ3D 22", driver 1.05, DX9 game features, and 8800GTXs or better?
BioShock working? But no DX10 features?
World in Conflict working? But no DX10 features?
Call of Juarez? Anybody tested it yet?
Does the DX9vDX10 question simply mean you can't turn on those feature? Or is there some part of the Vista setup that makes it "stick" in DX9 mode?
If I can go with Vista-32 my BD drive will work as well...
