As of 01/2010, this game is the only one that really works out of the box in S3D.
Just goes to settings, enable stereoscopic 3D, choose your device and play.
I couldn't find many 3d issues or artifacts at all. The only annoying thing is that if you push convergence, when cut scenes start (they are in 3d), it kinda hurts and you have to bring it down.
Full sense of immersion (amazing depth, some pop-out effects).
10/10 for me.
