Simply amazing. The HDC-810 has 720P resolution, 3x optical zoom, optical image stabilization and an auto-stereo screen. Can it get much better?

That portable autostereo PMP looks boss too. I really want that one.

Hope the quality is good ... I wonder how likely it is for a "no-name / non-camera" company to know enough to about lens / sensor / firmware etc. to create products with comparable image quality as (for example) the Fuji 3D camera?

Well judging from the video samples shown so far of the Fujifilm camera, I don't think that will be too hard...

The SLN-828 lens is very interesting, most people already have a camcorder kicking around in the house and there is no need for video editing if you want to just make a quick 3D video clip.

Hopefully the price will be competitive with the Stereocam adapter.

A good camera or video camera that takes good video for at least an hour and is cheap but good quality? I am looking for a video camera that is of good quality and fairly cheap. I need it to take about an hour of video (changing tapes is fine or whatever) but I am looking for one. Can you recommend any stores? Thanks. I hope my description made sense.

what does it mean by "video photography" - is it simply bad translation or is it somehow worse/lower framerate - it does say 30fps though.

I'm sure "video photography" is just a bad translation. Its certainly a video camera.

looks cool. The fact that it can do HD video is pretty rad. I have the fuji 3d Camera and it only shoots 640 by 480 video.

But I would have one minor concern. The lenses seem too close together. I've noticed in playing with 3d photography that if the lenses are too close together things seem flatter or shallower. The fuji camera's lenses are about equal to the distance between your eyes. I could be wrong about this aspect of the new camera. Hard to tell from looking at photos of it.

But the higher quality photos is a big plus. Since those new 3d tvs are HD, it would be nice to have HD videos. For youtube the 640 by 480 seems to be okay.
