I thought your "snap" method synced everything up? How much more would it have cost you to get cameras with LANC syncing or a wireless remote? If both cameras are attached on the same mount, can't you just physically move the mount back and forth to zoom in and out and have it all synced?

Sync was not the problem, what happened is I put the cams too close to the subject.

StereoMovie Maker did not help so I am having to realign it in Sony Vegas.

It's offline for now, I'm working on it...
