How do You download the 3D videos from Flickr?

You can't as far as I know.

I screen captured it and tried to save the original side-by-side capture "as-is" but it was not aligned correctly.

So I cropped and saved the left and right sides out with Sony Vegas, then imported each side into StereoMovieMaker.

I used Camtasia to capture it, there is a freeware version somewhere that captures video, but no audio.

Sorry, I don't know where to tell you to find it, I got it years ago on snapfiles.com.

How do You download the 3D videos from Flickr?

The exact method/app you use will depend on the browser you use. For Firefox FlashGot works well.
I'm sure a 3rd party plugin exists for Opera/IE as well if you use those browsers.

Awesome! There are also a lot of stereoscopic content over all on flickr. This vid rocks though. Great tip about the group.
