Star Wars Republic Commando - Geo-11

Game tested with dgvoodoo's D3D8 v2.82.4 and Geo-11 v0.6.56
No 3D initially but works after setting FrameFXDisabled=True in GameData\Save\Sytem.ini as described by iondrive here: viewtopic.php?p=37455&hilit=republic+commando#p37455
