Here is a hard worked workaround, I haven't slept yet - been working hard to bring u 30 and 40 series gents and ladies working workarounds of fixes from Helixmod.

The game is heavily cancelled on the net and took me by luck to find the HD texture DX11 pack - enjoy the link to the original source and my google drive that I sacrifice to put it out there:
