3D/HD Fury to convert 2D tv to 3D

Good morning,
A friend wants to replace his 3D tv city with a newer one.
3D tv no longer exists, I was wondering if 3D/HD Fury could do the job?
On their site, it advises against using a 50/60 hz led tv. but there are oled/qled models that can go up to 120 hz!
Would that work?
Have you tried ?

That's interesting. the LG C series will do 120hz. The max brightness of oled might be an issue with the 3d glasses as they will not get bright enough. The qled display may not be fast enough in pixel speed, so crosstalk will be an issue.
Look into the nreal air AR glasses, it's suppose to support 3d video and gaming. The use micro oled lenses, could be what your friend is looking for to replace the 3d TV.

The eyewear is uncomfortable - Unlike movie theater "passive" glasses (which are light, affordable, and can be rather large), the eyewear is uncomfortable. Home 3D systems require "active" glasses, which are costly, hefty, have small lenses, and must be charged. While they've gotten better and cheaper in recent years, most consumers saw it as a poor value proposition to pay hundreds of dollars for the entire family to view 3D entertainment while wearing heavy equipment that could run out of power and stop working mid-program.

I have a pair of active glasses that cost me 30 € on amazon (
https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B07WTB ... UTF8&psc=1 ). It holds the battery well. And, are not heavy. No more than a passive pair.
