GEO11 Frame packing/sequential without 3d vision (or alternative)

I'm looking for a hardware solution to convert SBS/TBS to sequential frame.
Hello,
GEO11 does Frame packing/sequential only with DX9/3D Vision.
Is there another method to have 3D Frame packing/sequential without using 3D Vision?
Some games do not work at all in DX9 mode via GEO11 (GTA5 and The Evil Within 2 for example)
