geo-11 driver introduces strange garage texture glitch in GTA V

I noticed a strange texture glitch in GTA V (see photos). In a fresh install of GTA V, it's not there (with 3DVision on or off). As soon as geo-11 is installed, the glitch is there (with 3DVision on or off). The only difference is the geo-11 driver. I think it affects all garages but this one is easy to reproduce by driving into the parking garage under the Arcadia Tower in downtown Los Santos.
