Ghostwire Tokyo

Post by thebigdogma »

For anyone interested in this game...

Steam states DX12 only, but game supports DX11 and is UE4.

It is performing very well with latest version of Losti's universal fix on 452.06 - just ignore the driver warning when you first start the game and you will be good to go. The game doesn't seem to use very many shaders as initial loads are the fastest i've experienced in some time.

Can't make use of Ray-Tracing or DLSS, but AMD's FSR is available.

Update...

Issues once you get outside.

Also interesting that disabling 3DV in the control panel while still on 452.06 allows for Ray-Tracing.

Nearly all UE4 games could be run in DX11 with -dx11 adding, so often seen DX12 requ. but not found a game that is UE4 and dx12 only.

As always, I need a save game to check things. The Light Bulb is fixed, i need to prepare the RegEx here. Make sure using latest UF if you do not already using it (8.1)^^

Realized that having FSR enabled was creating the issues above - all is well now.
