Can someone help me get webcam hand and finger tracking to work with Flyinside for fsx

I have no coding experience and i was wondering if someone can emulate the leapmotion output from manomotion sdk lite
or figure out some way of getting finger tracking in fsx without any other hardware since i dont have money to buy a leap motion
