annoying buzz sound when 3d is active

After my former two 3d monitors died (vg278 and benq, don't remember the model), I have been without 3d monitor for a couple of years. Now I bought a PG278QR and installed the 3d fixer manager with the last nvidia drivers (w10 - 456.55) hopping to enjoy my 3d films and games again in the same computer I used with my benq (Clevo i7-7700, 980M), but when I do activate 3d in films or games, an annoying buzz sound on the speakers (that can't be silenced lowering the volume in sound manager) appears.

Anyone had this issue? couldn't find anything in this sub-forum but if there is a solution for this already, please link it here, I'll be thankfull
